DAY 2: SANTIAGO - COPIAPO - SANTA ROSA LAKE (3.750 m)

Fly to Copiapo. We will take our ascend permits and then Drive up to Laguna Santa Rosa at 3.200 meters.

DAY 3: ACCLIMATIZATION PERIOD

Acclimatization period in Laguna Santa Rosa and surrounding.

DAY 4: SANTA ROSA - OJOS DE MARICUNGA SUMMIT (4.900 m)

Hike in the morning toward Ojos de Maricunga Summit at 4.900 meters. Getting the best adaptation to the altitude. We will take a really panoramic view of " Tres Cruces National Park". We will Introduce the team in the Archaeology Inkas Backgroung.

DAY 5: SANTA ROSA AREA - EASY TREKK

We will take arrest and make and easy trekk around the Area. You can Introduce your self about andean fauna - click here for photos.

DAY 6: SANTA ROSA LAKE - COPIAPO VOLCANO BASE CAMP ( 4.200 m)

After breakfast we will drive to Copiapó Volcano Base Camp at 4.200 meters, we will set up camp. After that we begin a hike around the Area. Spending the night there.

DAY 7: BASE CAMP - SUMMIT (6.080 m) - BASE CAMP

After 6 or 8 hours, we will arrive to Copiapó Volcano Summit at 6.080 meters, we will apreciated 2 plataforms made by the Inkas. More Information Check Here.

DAY 8: BASE CAMP - SANTA ROSA LAKE (3.750 m)

Drive to Laguna Santa Rosa at 3.750 meters to set up Camp there.

DAY 9: SANTA ROSA LAKE - FREE

We will take arrest, we prepare our next summit.

DAY 10: SANTA ROSA - NEVADO TRES CRUCES BASE CAMP (4.400 m)

We will drive to "Nevado Tres Cruces" Base Camp, after 3 hours to approximation, we will set up our Base Camp at 4.800 meters. We will spend the night there.

DAY 11: NEVADO TRES CRUCES BASE CAMP - CAMP I (5.400 m)

After 5 or 6 hours, we will set up our Camp I at 5.400 meters. We will spend the night there.

DAY 12: CAMP I - HIGH CAMP (6.000 m)

After 4 or 5 hours, we will set up our Camp II at 6.000 meters, behind the cole, formed beetwen the Central and South Peak (Summit).

DAY 13: HIGH CAMP - NEVADO TRES CRUCES SUMMIT (6.753 m) - HIGH CAMP

We will attemp the “Nevado Tres Cruces Summit”, after 7 or 8 hours of Strenous Climb (glacier pass, climb in the end, Low temperature, Altitude, Windy conditions), we will reach the Summit of Nevado Tres Cruces. Perfect view of all Atacama Desert. We will apreciate amazing enviroment and 14 Mountains over than 6.000 meters, Panoramic argentinian view as well. Then we will come back to the High Camp to spend the night.
 

DAY 14: HIGH CAMP - LAGUNA VERDE (4.200 m) - THERMAL BATH

DAY 15: LAGUNA VERDE HIKE

We will drive to the East Side of the Laguna, then we will make an hike toward to Ojos del Salado and check the route.

DAY 16: LAGUNA VERDE - OJOS DEL SALADO BASE CAMP (5.200 m)

Drive to Carabineros in Laguna Verde at 4.200 meters, we will register with the police and then Drive to Ojos del Salado Base Camp at 5.200 meters, we´ll set up Camp there, near to "Universidad de Atacama Refuge" and the Big Common Domo.

DAY 17: OJOS BC - HIGH CAMP (5.750 m) - OJOS BC

We will carry some equipment, food, tents if it`s necesary and water until the High Camp called "Cesar Tejos Refuge" at 5.800 meters. Finally we will come back to spend the nigth at the Ojos BC.
 

DAY 18: OJOS BC - HIGH CAMP (5.750 m)

After Lunch Hike up to Refugio Tejos. Here we will set up our Camp 2 and spend the night.

DAY 19: HIGH CAMP - OJOS DEL SALADO SUMMIT (6.893 m) - HIGH CAMP - OJOS BC

We will attemp the “Ojos Summit”, after 7 or 8 hours of Strenous Climb (glacier pass, climb in the end, Low temperature, Altitude, Windy conditions), we will reach the Summit of Highest Active Volcano all over the world, 1st Chilean Peak and Second America´s Peak, 60 meters less than “Monte Aconcagua”. We will apreciate amazing enviroment and 14 Mountains over than 6.000 meters. Then we will come back to the High Camp or Base Camp, depending of our physical conditions, we´ll take arrest for 1 or 2 hours then we´ll continuos toward our Base Camp. Dinner and Take Arrest.

DAY 20: OJOS BASE CAMP - VERDE LAKE - PLAYA LA VIRGEN

We will come back, driving to Verde Lake to recover our passport. We will take a shorter thermal bath, and then keep driving trought the most arid desert, arriving to Copiapó. After that we will continous to the Coast, we will drive directly to "Playa la Virgen",  We will set up camp there in a  Deluxe Camping Area.

DAY 19: PLAYA LA VIRGEN - BAHIA INGLESA - (HOTEL)

Drive to Bahia Inglesa by Cost Road, we´ll apreciated pure beaches and desert landscapes, we´ll enjoy for a special dinner, after that we will spend the night on Rocas de Bahía Hotel (4 stars), have the best view of the area.

DAY 20: BAHIA INGLESA - CALDERA - ATACAMA AIRPORT - SANTIAGO - HOTEL 

Drive to Caldera City, we´ll drive and visit some interesting areas, after we´ll continuos toward Atacama Airport, just 20 minutes to South of Caldera. Arriving to Santiago we will transfer to you Hotel or Finally Destination.

DAY 21: HOTEL - PUDAHUEL AIRPORT - FINAL DESTINATION

Early in the morning we will travel to Pudahuel airport, we will conclude the Expedition. This day could to be arrange, depending your fly tickets.
